We are excited to introduce a new course offering Comprehensive Veteran-Centered Care. This course, created by Valor Education and Training, LLC has been designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to support and enrich the lives of Veterans.

Training Topics Include:

• Military Branches: Understanding the structure and roles of different military branches.

• Wars and Conflicts: Gain insights into the major wars and conflicts Veterans may have experienced. 

• Trauma-Informed Care: Learn best practices for providing care that acknowledges and addresses trauma.

• Military Culture: Familiarize yourself with the unique aspects of U.S. Military Culture. 

• LGBTQ+ In the Military: Explore the experiences and challenges faced by LGBTQ+ Service members.

• Life Enrichment for Veterans: Discover ways to enhance the quality of life for veterans through meaningful and engaging activities.

Those who complete the 6-hour training will be eligible to apply to become a Certified Veteran Caregiver Specialist through Valor Education and Training.
