What's the Course Structure?

This course involves pre-work, live webinars, and post-work.

Pre-work (2 hours): Before attending the live webinar, educators will engage in 2 hours of preparatory work designed to familiarize them with the basics of online learning platforms including

  • An overview of online learning environments
  • Tutorials on Google Classroom

Live Webinar (2.5 hours): The core of the course is a webinar where educators will:

  • Explore advanced features of Google Classroom
  • Participate in hands-on activities simulating real-world scenarios
  • Discuss strategies for fostering student engagement and autonomy
  • Receive live feedback and support from the course facilitator

Post-Work (1 hour): After the webinar, educators will complete 1 hour of post-work to consolidate their learning, including:

  • Reflecting on webinar content through guided questions.
  • Developing a plan to implement the tools learned in their teaching.

Participants will receive a Certificate of Achievement for continuing education use upon completion of the course.
