About the event
About the Program:
The Certified Dementia Practitioner credential is an industry standard in Long-Term Care communities. To become certified, participants must complete the Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Seminar by an approved instructor.

Meeting Dates:
The program is taught in 8 hours, divided into 2, 4-hour blocks.Â
- Session 1 will take place on Thursday, December 5, 2024 from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST via Zoom.
- Session 2 will take place on Thursday, December 12, 2024 from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST via Zoom.
Students must attend both sessions to receive a certificate of completion.
